Return & Exchange Policy :
1- Exchange or return policy shall apply within fifteen days from the date of purchase invoice. A refund of its value is accepted if the reason of return is due to product defect, damage, nonconformity to the specifications approved by law nor the purpose for which the contract was made. If the product is a consumable item, its accessories shall remain sealed with the packaging and all packing materials present.
2- The customer shall make sure to attach the purchase invoice with all accessories of the returned products upon exchange or return for a full refund upon approval.
3- In the event that the customer requests a refund, if the customer has completed the purchase electronically with a credit card or other electronic payment methods, the refund will take place in the same payment mode, and if the customer completed the purchase in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash, all subject to meet one of the refund conditions and upon our sales service team confirmation to receiving the returned products.
4- In the event that the purchase invoice is lost during the fifteen days and according to the implementing regulations of the Consumer Protection Law, the request for return or exchange shall not be accepted.
5- Our return policy shall not apply to refrigerated or frozen food and shall not be refunded or exchanged unless the product is damaged or defective or does not conform to the legally approved specifications nor the purpose agreed upon.
6- Upon signing the purchase invoice by the customer, it shall be an acknowledgment that the food items have been received in a good condition formally and shall not be returned except for inner defect.
7- Supplier shall incur the carriage costs of the defective product, as well as technician costs to replace or repair the defective part, and all costs incurred upon the return process of the product.
8- Pursuant to Article 8 of Law No. (35) of 2012 concerning consumer protection:
i- Where goods have defected or nonconformal to the legally approved specifications or to the contractual purpose, the exchange or recovery with the refund shall be free of any additional charge.
ii- In the event of a goods defect or deficiency according to the nature of the service, the terms of the contract, and the commercial or professional custom, the refund of contractual service charge, or remedy settlement charge, or represent goods to the consumer shall be free of any additional charge.
